Villa Ammoudia

Villa Ammoudia is a sleek, modernist-style property set in a verdant plot, surrounded by beautiful forest and facing out to sea. A path leads downhill to a little cove with a small, sandy unspoilt beach, equipped with sun beds and umbrellas. Between the villa and beach is a small stone building with a refrigerator, shower and loo. The villa is in the south of Skiathos which is known for its abundance of beautiful beaches.

There are six bedrooms across the two storeys, the master with its own terrace, and the two on the lower level each having a separate entrance. The large open-plan living and dining room has wonderful sea views and lots of light. The uncluttered, minimalist interiors create a calm, restful ambience without losing out on comfort and welcoming decorative details.

Huge, sliding doors from the main living area create a feeling of bringing the outside in. They open to a covered expanse of terrace housing a long dining table for 12, with overhead fans, barbecue and fridge. Steps lead down to an inviting 25m Parian marble, freshwater swimming pool beside which are an outdoor projector and large, comfortable sun loungers. A chef is available to prepare meals.
